What are the permanent brow options?
1 - Microblading is Semi Permanent Makeup which is implemented using a hand held tool comprised of between 6-14 micro needles in the shape of a blade hence the name Microblade. The process is carried out using the hand held tool to insert pigment into the upper layers of skin. The pigment is deposited into the epidermis. As the color is impacted closer to the surface, the hair strokes appear crisp and very fine. There is no spilling under the skin and the effects last up to 18 months, after which the pigment fades leaving the skin. This method is ideal for anyone wanting to enhance the look of his or her eyebrows. The results are natural looking, hair-like strokes, regardless of the amount of hair present.

2 - Microblading + Shading is a great option for someone who has less hair and needs a bit more coverage. The entire brow is microbladed first, then I shade in part of the brow with a PMU machine. Starting at the tail and working toward the front of the brow. Microblading hair strokes are left at the front for a soft start to your new brows.

3 - Shaded Brows are done with a PMU machine and mimic shading in with makeup. When healed, will leave you with a soft, powdery filled in look for the brows.
What should I expect?
There is minimal discomfort associated with the procedure.
A topical anesthetic is used to numb the area to make you comfortable during the procedure. Each procedure takes two-three hours, sometimes more sometimes less.

Permanent Makeup procedures are a two step treatment, consisting of an initial procedure and then a touch up 6-9 weeks after. After we take your before photo, we shape your eyebrows and decide on the color. Shortly after that, a topical anesthetic will be administered to ensure comfort. Once you’re numb, the pigment is deposited.

During healing, it's normal to experience some pigment loss; this is why we have the touch up in place. The process is considered to be complete 6 - 8 weeks after the second appointment.
The results for Microblading can last 12 to 18 months, 1.5-2 for Microblading + Shading. 2-2.5 years for Shaded Brows. A touch up once your pigment has faded at least 50% is recommended to retain the shape and saturation. The average cost for the procedure in the United States market varies from $400 to $1200.

How to care for my new brows and how long does it take to heal?
Healing time varies from individual to individual. Usually, it takes about a week to ten days for the epithelial crust to form and slough off. Your skin will be considered healed after that happens. Then, the pigment takes some time to settle into the skin. A good month should pass before we consider the process complete.
